Synapsor is a Supsmall Inc. product. This notice explains the operational data we collect to run the hosted single-node controlled beta and how we handle customer workflow data.
Supsmall Inc. operates Synapsor Cloud. We collect account, signup, billing, usage, support, operational, and security information needed to run the service. Customer database content, agent contexts, capability inputs, write proposals, and evidence bundles remain customer data.
We use information to provision projects and databases, authenticate sessions and API keys, process Builder billing, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and improve developer onboarding.
We use infrastructure, operations, and payment providers for hosting, storage, secrets, logs, monitoring, checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment method updates, and billing portal sessions.
We use hashed API keys and invite tokens, scoped sessions, structured audit events, resource limits, encrypted managed storage, and operator-reviewed restore flows. Production secrets should stay out of support and public signup forms.
Controlled beta retention depends on plan limits and operational requirements. Free has a 1-day backup retention target and Builder has a 7-day backup retention target. Backups, logs, audit records, and billing records may be retained as needed for security, reliability, legal, and accounting purposes.
