Response times are best-effort during controlled beta unless a separate written support arrangement exists. Product questions, bug reports, security reports, and billing questions should include the most specific project or request context available.

Security reports
For vulnerability reports, tenant isolation concerns, authentication issues, or suspected abuse, use security@synapsor.ai.
Billing questions
For controlled beta, use billing@synapsor.ai with the invoice ID and Synapsor project ID for Builder billing questions.
Operational incidents
Include project ID, database ID, approximate timestamp, API request ID if available, and whether writes, backups, or restore verification were affected.
