Synapsor is a Supsmall Inc. product. These controlled beta terms cover hosted single-node Synapsor access, invite-approved Free signup, paid Builder Beta billing, and acceptable use.
Synapsor Cloud V2 is beta software offered as hosted single-node access by Supsmall Inc. Free Controlled Beta is $0, invite-approved, and hard-capped. Builder Beta starts with a 14-day no-card trial for approved beta users and continues at $20/month. Access may be limited, suspended, or changed while we harden the service.
Prohibited uses include unlawful content, credential harvesting, spam, abuse of third-party services, destructive testing, and attempts to access another tenant's data or resources.
You are responsible for the data, prompts, SQL, agent capabilities, evidence bundles, write proposals, and application logic you submit to the service.
Builder Beta is billed at $20/month. The default $0 spend cap means no usage overages, not a free Builder subscription. Scale/PAYG and Enterprise are not self-serve. Overages are disabled by default unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
The controlled beta has no public SLA, HA promise, compliance promise, serverless claim, or horizontal scaling claim. We run backups, restore verification, monitoring, and operator review, but the beta is not intended for workloads requiring formal uptime or compliance guarantees.
We may update these terms as the preview evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
