Every hosted database belongs to a project.
Plan limits are enforced at the project boundary.
For controlled beta, Free access starts with invite approval, while Builder access starts from an approved no-card Builder Trial or active Builder billing.
Developer notes
- Use stable project IDs in automation.
- Create paid-plan databases only after billing state is active or trialing.
- Archive unused test projects to keep quotas meaningful.
- Review project audit events when changing plans.
