Region choice is operator-controlled during V2 controlled beta.

Pick the closest future region for latency and data residency.

True multi-region reads belong to the later serverless storage architecture.

Expect one controlled-beta region unless your account has a manual placement agreement.
V2 controlled beta has no multi-region failover promise.
Treat region migration as an assisted workflow.
Do not assume cross-region replication or multi-region reads in hosted V2.
