Store evidence ids with user-visible answers and write proposals.

- Keep hidden binding values out of direct end-user displays.
- Show source labels and versions with generated answers.
- Keep evidence around at least as long as the customer-facing answer.
- Replay the run when investigating incidents or regressions.
